Previous to this role, I was a personal Fitness Trainer for Bally Total Fitness; and helped many clients with their own customized plans for fitness and weight loss. I am committed to fitness, am schooled in standard and new progressive means of fitness, and can offer a diverse programming schedule of fitness to your school, so that every student finds a kind that they enjoy.
