Allow me to introduce myself to your Musician position at Musician’s Friend. My name is Lois Bradbury, and I would like to submit my qualifications to the open Musician position at Musician’s Friend. Please see that I have attached a resume to this cover letter.

There are a number of reasons that I believe this position suits me well, as a Musician. I have a Master’s Degree in Music Instruction from Franklin & Marshall College, and have played music for most of my life. There isn’t an instrument that I have not tried my hand at, and I am proficient and well learned in the guitar, cello, violin, and drums. I have also worked successfully s a Music Teacher at Cambridge High School for the past six years in general appreciation and introduction for prep school children; and thus, bring this to the position at your company as well. I have an excellent ear for music, can read and play music with applause, and love instruction.
