I have a B.S degree in Physical Education from Columbia University, New York, NY where I graduated from in 2005. I have 5 years of experience working as an Athletic Trainer at Montclair State University as well as at Seton Hall University.

I am familiar with the evaluation process of an athlete’s fitness and heath to determine their suitability for sporting events. I have extensive hands-on experience for treating sports field injuries or minor and more serious types. I am fully trained in all first aid measures and I know how to cope with the unexpected in that respect.

I understand the value of introducing a fitness therapy routine in cases where athletes require physical building up for forthcoming matches. I am also familiar with muscle training exercises required at times to help athletes get stronger, and I am proficient at detecting and diagnosing potential problems at an early stage.

I feel sure that my proven ability to manage and maintain the highest standards as an Athletic Trainer will be of the greatest benefit to Life Time Fitness, and I have confidence that I can make a significant contribution to the company.
