I have been a Technical Manager at Research In Motion in the call in service center in Milwaukee, WI for the past six years; and my prime responsibilities have been to oversee and ensure the optimum of customer service in questions, technical issues, and various product troubleshooting of a department of 25 tech representatives. Previous to this, I was a Call Center Rep for the technical department at Siteworx for three years handling all incoming customer concerns and questions about their tech products. I definitely have a lot of experience to offer, along with great communications and organizational skills.
